Slabovia is a fictitious communist Eastern European country. Two children (Kierke & Nietsche) who have stumbled across TV recording equipment have made it their mission to spread information about science, philosophy and sex! They use strange and wonderful archive clips of the people of Slabovia to achieve their aim.
